The characteristics and uses:
ZYZJ series DC motor is my factory based on Z4 series DC motor, according to the working characteristics of sugar mill roll driven, A special series of products in the design and manufacturing process made corresponding improvement and development.
This series of machines using polygonal stator structure, high space utilization rate, compact internal structure, and using computer aided design, so that the electrical parameter control properly, so the motor has the advantages of small volume, light weight, small rotational inertia.
Magnetic loop using a laminated structure of painting and its effective measures, so that the motor can withstand working pulsating current and current change sharply, improves the dynamic performance of motor commutation. The motor can be used three-phase bridge rectifier current, and no external flat wave reactor and long-term work.
The insulation class F with novel structure, guarantee the stable performance and good heat insulation, insulation, special treatment, so that the motor has strong moisture capacity and mechanical strength, can be used in the wet tropics.
This series motor stator plus all the compensation winding, strong overload capacity, the base speed is 2.5 times of the rated torque overload capacity, high overload capacity is 1.8 times the rated current, duration 1min.

Motor performance:
1 technical data table data should work according to the following conditions:
A．The primary cooling medium temperature. into the motor is less than 40℃;
The B. working environment should not contain gas, acid, alkaline or other insulating corrosion effect;

D. motor armature loop and excitation loop by static rectifier power supply, also adapted by DC power supply.

Brief introduction of structure
1.Cooling mode motor are his cold, forced ventilation, the motor comes with a blower or radial ventilation duct.
